Job summary

Better Health is seeking a senior operator to optimize the revenue engine across the entire funnel, from lead generation to recurring revenue. You will diagnose problems, redesign workflows, and lead cross-functional initiatives using data and automation to deliver measurable impact.

You’ll own end-to-end initiatives, work with senior leaders, and leverage AI to drive conversion, speed, and visibility while maintaining data trust across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating businesses in high-growth environments.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on problem solving.
• Proven ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Find and fix revenue problems by auditing the funnel and identifying bottlenecks.
• Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end from definition to measurement.
• Redesign processes with AI and automation to improve conversion and speed.
• Run the revenue engine with forecasting, metrics, and trusted data.
• Drive cross-functional projects and ensure accountability and results.
