Accenture is seeking Recruiting Analysts to join the Candidate Management Team in the United States. You will work with recruiters and business leaders to deliver a technology-enabled recruiting experience, guiding candidates from application through onboarding.

The role emphasizes strong communication, curiosity, and passion for helping people find the right career opportunities, with involvement in campus recruiting and events as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year HR or recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and data usage.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate resumes against role requirements using AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data and ensure data quality.
• Screen candidates to assess skills and discuss opportunities.
• Serve as primary candidate contact through recruiting process and offers.
• Leverage AI to craft timely, personalized candidate communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and target profiles.
• Use AI sourcing tools to build pipelines for current and future roles.
• Participate in national campus recruiting projects and location events.
