You’ll develop market knowledge, work with AI-enabled tools, and own research deliverables that inform client decisions across venture capital, private equity, and public markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business research internships are a plus.
• Experience using LLMs like ChatGPT or Gemini for strategic and tactical research.
• Proficient at prompt engineering and AI-assisted tools.
• Managed multiple projects with competing deadlines and diverse teams.
• Familiar with business research resources like PitchBook and Crunchbase.

Responsibilities

• Develop the research strategy and draft reports outlining targeted industries and companies.
• Drive research efforts to identify top executives who influenced their companies’ success.
• Leverage LLMs to analyze industries, market segments and competitive landscapes.
• Design AI prompts to extract strategic insights on industries, companies and executives.
• Integrate AI outputs into live search workflows with accuracy and usability.
• Review outputs from the AI platform including candidate lists, company analyses, and strategies.
• Understand executive structures and speak knowledgeably about clients across industries.
• Contribute to overall research strategy and industry knowledge within the firm.
• Ensure data capture and quality of candidate, company and search records.
