Job summary

Career Now Brands is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help clients understand, adopt, and successfully launch AI-driven recruitment solutions.

The role sits at the intersection of sales consultation, solution design, project management, and product strategy. You will own KPIs spanning client satisfaction, usage, growth, and cost-to-serve, with potential evolution into Product Management as our AI platform

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Product Operations/Implementation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, integrations, and modern tech stacks.
• Experience with AI, automation, or workflow technology and translating technical concepts into business value.
• Comfortable in client-facing, executive-level conversations and able to drive product insights from client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on discovery and solutioning calls with prospective clients; translate business goals into actionable projects with clear timelines.
• Design high-level AI strategies and solution architectures balancing speed, impact, and feasibility.
• Manage AI launches and configurations; coordinate requirements, timelines, testing, and launches.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations; gather requirements and plan deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product to validate feasibility and influence roadmap priorities.
