Justworks is seeking a Product Operations Manager to apply product thinking to internal systems across FinTech, Healthcare, and HR tech domains. You will design, build, and scale tooling, workflows, and AI-native knowledge systems to enable the product organization to work more efficiently and with higher judgment.

You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to reduce coordination overhead, promote repeatable processes, and enhance hiring, onboarding, and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations or product management with a track record building systems and tooling.
• Deep fluency with AI as a core part of your workflow.
• Strong product judgment and ability to design scalable, simple solutions.
• High data fluency with the ability to define metrics and act on insights.
• Strong systems thinking to distinguish process vs. structural issues.
• Clear, direct communication across teams and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the product development lifecycle as a system, using AI to diagnose breakdowns and improve workflows.
• Build AI-powered workflows to reduce admin overhead and translate signals into action.
• Maintain the product org's knowledge layer and sources of truth for humans and AI.
• Own and evolve the product tooling ecosystem for consistency and standardization.
• Drive adoption, enablement, and upskilling across the Product org for new systems.
• Scale effective workflows into shared standards through tooling and documentation.
• Own PM hiring infrastructure and product ops metrics and tracking.
