Job summary

Niural, headquartered in New York City, builds an AI-native platform for global payroll, benefits, payments, and compliance. The Product Manager will turn automation problems into working systems, shipping production-ready tools with an engineering mindset.

You will work hands-on in the NYC office, coding and wiring multi-step AI pipelines to empower multiple teams across the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying web applications.
• Deep experience with LLM APIs including prompt engineering.
• Experience building multi-step AI workflows or agent-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools: develop full-stack apps, dashboards, admin panels for Operations, Data Research, Accounting, Sales and Marketing.
• Engineer AI workflows & agents: multi-step pipelines using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate systems & automate pipelines: connect HRIS, payroll engines, CRMs, databases, Slack, email, and spreadsheets.
• Ship with AI-native development: use Claude Code and AI tools to prototype fast and keep codebases clean.
• Support Sales & Marketing: enable lead enrichment, CRM hygiene, and data-driven marketing workflows.
