Job summary

Tensec is seeking a product-led AI/operations leader based in Palo Alto to join our team. You will build workflows bridging pricing, operations, and engineering, turning client needs into repeatable product capabilities.

You will work closely with client pricing teams, devise data-driven processes, and ship prototype solutions with AI tools, balancing business rules and deterministic parts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or delivering software for operational teams.
• Experience with pricing and messy operational data.
• Ability to read a process and map data ownership across systems.
• Judgment on where AI belongs in workflows.
• Hands-on with AI, prompting and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled workflows from request to booking to shipment hygiene.
• Design and run sessions with pricing/operations teams to map processes.
• Draft specs and flows engineers can build from, staying close to the build.
• Be the client-facing lead for pricing holds and workflow decisions.
• Ship prototypes with AI tools and defend product calls.
