Job summary

Tibersoft is seeking a Product Manager to identify, validate, and deliver AI-enabled product initiatives that drive revenue and customer value. You will oversee a 12–18 month roadmap at the intersection of OPTRADE data and AI capabilities, translating customer evidence into shipped capabilities on accelerated development cycles.

You will lead cross-functional delivery with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, shaping requirements, trade-offs, and go-to-market plans to maximize adoption

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or data products.
• Hands-on fluency with AI and machine learning capabilities and understanding of their limitations.
• Disciplined customer research practices to validate opportunities and uncover needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a 12–18 month product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and customer needs.
• Lead customer discovery with CPG stakeholders, including on-site engagement to identify high-value opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into clear requirements, success metrics, and prioritized roadmap items.
