Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or delivering software for operational teams.
• Experience in a domain with messy pricing and operational data.
• Ability to read a process and map data ownership and rules.
• Judgment on where AI belongs in workflows.
• Hands-on with AI, prompting, retrieval and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI for request, quote, booking and shipment integrity.
• Collaborate with client pricing/operations to learn processes and design workflows.
• Define configurable workflows and determine what moves between systems.
• Partner with freight expertise to shape pricing and product decisions.
