Job summary

Tensec is expanding its team to build the AI-enabled finance workflow layer for cross-border B2B payments. You will sit with client finance teams, map current processes, and design AI-assisted workflows that connect disparate systems.

You will decide what moves between systems, what is automated, and where humans stay involved. You will prototype directly with AI tools, gather requirements from controllers and AR/AP leads, and own the client relationship from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or delivering software for finance and back-office teams.
• Ability to read processes and underlying data across multiple systems.
• Judgment on where AI belongs in finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with controllers, AR/AP, billing and collections teams to map processes.
• Write specs and flows for engineers and stay close to build.
• Put working prototypes in front of clients using AI tools.
• Own client relationship and drive workflow design with engineering connections.
• Handle exceptions and design configurable vs core workflows.
