Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of software engineering, Data Science, or Design experience.
• Strong product sense with excellent design and UX judgment.
• Highly data-driven, with metrics and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineering on architecture.
• Structured thinking and ability to bring clarity to cross-functional problems.
• High ownership, urgency, and bias for execution.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a core product area.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans, clear requirements, and execution.
• Drive product development with a sharp eye for user experience and workflow design.
• Use data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, prioritize investments, and measure impact.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations to ship high-quality products quickly.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term product and platform thinking.
• Build scalable systems and experiences, not just one-off features.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and align teams with competing priorities.
