Empower Pharmacy is hiring an Order Processing & Fulfillment Technician to support a fast-moving, AI-enhanced operations environment on site in Houston. You will ensure accurate order entry, dispensing, and verification while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and product quality.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted inventory management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process optimization within a 503A/503B framework, with opportunities for growth in a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmacy operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management.
• High school diploma required; associate degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, review, and process customer orders in applicable systems, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Accurately pick, dispense, and fill pharmaceutical products according to procedures and regulatory standards.
• Perform verification steps to confirm product, quantity, strength, batch/lot, expiration date, and labeling.
• Pack completed orders following product requirements and shipping guidelines to protect quality.
• Monitor inventory levels using AI tools and coordinate with supply chain to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve discrepancies and improve quality control.
