Qualifications

- Experience with 503A/503B compounding preferred.
- PharmD degree and active license required.
Responsibilities

- Clinical interventions: evaluate prescriptions for safety and efficacy.
- Safety oversight: enforce safety standards and prevent dispensing errors.
- Queue management: balance speed with accuracy under high volume.
- Technician collaboration: guide technicians during filling and packaging.
- Process improvement: identify and fix workflow gaps to raise throughput and quality.
- Compliance enforcement: follow USP standards and state/federal regs.
