Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years in pharmacy operations, shipping, or regulated production.
- Experience with pharmacy systems, shipping platforms, or inventory tools preferred.
- Familiarity with 503A/503B environments, GMP practices, or healthcare operations.
- Proven reliability, accountability, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
Responsibilities
- Order Preparation: Prepares and stages prescriptions for shipment with AI-enabled verification for accuracy.
- Package Assembly: Assembles shipping containers with documentation and temperature controls.
- Dispatch Execution: Executes shipment release with AI insights to meet service levels.
- Regulatory Adherence: Follows 503A/503B regulations and internal SOPs with AI-assisted validation.
- Error Prevention: Identifies discrepancies and takes corrective actions to prevent errors.
- Audit Support: Maintains shipment records and traceability for audits.
