Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in data entry, transaction processing, or high-volume operations.
• One or more years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Pharma/healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily data entry operations and allocate workload.
• Plan capacity and adjust staffing to match demand.
• Establish an operating rhythm with regular huddles and metrics.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and patient safety across processes.
• Lead adoption of processes and technology with frontline teams.
