CapCenter seeks an AI Performance Marketing Associate to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns in Glen Allen, VA. You will craft audiences, bids, and creative tests while leveraging AI to generate variants and automate reporting. This hands-on role focuses on execution with growth toward strategy.

You'll measure qualified applications, CPA, and loan metrics, collaborating with a lean marketing team to improve performance and scale campaigns in a regulated real estate finance environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
• Genuine skill with audience targeting and segmentation.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in your real workflow.
• Strong analytical ability: comfortable with GA4 and spreadsheets.
• Care about accuracy: check tracking before trusting the number.
• Self-starter in a lean team who fixes problems.

Responsabilités

• Build and refine Google Ads and Meta audiences; manage geo, device, and exclusions.
