Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience with search advertising.

Responsibilities

• Drive impact for our largest ads customers by activating Google's performance‑centric solutions, including AI targeting and creatives (AI Max for Search, Performance Max), advanced bidding strategies, and demand‑led budgets, tailored for large‑scale ads customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, ads customers, and agencies, translating complex performance data into actionable business insights and long‑term roadmaps to improve Return on Investment (ROI).
• Embrace challenger selling in a competitive environment, leading with Google's "Best AI for the Best ROI" performance outlook.
• Partner with front‑line sales teams, internal technical teams, and other specialist experts to drive business outcomes for ads customers.
• Test and scale new product launches, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback from the Finance industry, influencing the next generation of Search solutions.
