The role blends hands-on optimization with strategic roadmap development and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in paid search, a track record of scaling spend, and a strong analytical mindset.

• 5+ years of paid search experience, ideally in lead generation.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing and creative processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience scaling paid search across multiple verticals and platforms (SEM, YouTube, display).
