Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience improving processes in People/HR operations.
• Proficiency with AI tools for building and testing software.
• Turn ambiguous challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience building automation, dashboards, or software.
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake.
• Technical fluency across data, systems, and integrations.
• Strong UX and design instincts.
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence decisions.
• Curiosity, ownership, and bias toward action.

Responsibilities
