Job summary

Billtrust India is seeking a Solutions Consultant to advise customers, analyze complex issues, and guide sales on strategic actions. You will leverage AI tools and co-worker agents to prepare configured demonstrations and faster proposals, focusing on business and technical discussions that build confidence and close deals.

Responsibilities include pre-sales solutioning, sales collaboration, and partner/marketing support. Travel up to 25% and deep knowledge of invoice-to-cash are a must.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Credit/Collections or Accounts Receivable, or 3+ years of presales/consulting experience in SaaS-based financial technology
• Demonstrated ability to build AI into personal workflows to speed up demo configuration and proposal drafting
• Ability to communicate and demonstrate the value of complex SaaS-based solutions
• Ability to gather requirements and work with development teams
• Proven ability to use advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to align solutions to business problems
• Deep technical knowledge of the invoice-to-cash process, used to build credibility and showcase product strengths

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Solutioning: Configure demos; translate customer requirements into feasible solutions; use AI tools to speed up configurations and drafting; perform other duties as assigned
• Sales Collaboration: Create compelling presentations; respond to RFI/RFPs; define scope and prepare Statements of Work for handover
• Partner & Marketing Support: Guide partner channels; assist marketing with seminars and creative solutions
