Responsibilities

• Identify manual or repetitive tasks and implement AI-assisted workflows.
• Own Apollo and Salesforce CRM workflows; ensure processes are tracked and utilized.
• Build research tools to help reps understand prospect objectives.
• Lead data cleansing and maintain accurate data across Salesforce and other systems.
• Ingest new deal details into inventory, revenue forecasting, and budgeting systems.
• Evaluate, configure, and introduce new tools with documented processes.
• Improve internal communication and approval workflows; enhance handoffs between teams.
• Collaborate on intake systems for idea decks and automated term sheets.
• Support brainstorming by templating intake and dashboards for sales conversations.
