The San Jose Earthquakes seek a Manager, Partnership Content Strategy to elevate our partnership storytelling across pitches, proposals, and renewals. You will own the quality and consistency of partnership presentations and craft templates aligned to buying personas.

Collaborating with partnerships teams, data vendors, and internal stakeholders, you’ll build compelling, data-rich narratives that drive revenue and sponsor relationships while supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in marketing, design, content, agency, sports, or partnership sales.
• Strong presentation development skills in Canva (or similar); Photoshop/Adobe preferred.
• Ability to create product and asset mockups for partner proposals.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT, Claude) to speed content and design.
• Experience with demographic data tools (YouGov, Nielsen) preferred.
• Knowledge of professional soccer and sports sponsorship a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and organized.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as event calendar requires.

Responsabilidades

• Produce best-in-class decks and renewal presentations for partnerships.
• Develop, adopt, and evolve the Quakes partnership story.
• Create strategic revenue-generating collateral (pitch decks, case studies, recaps).
• Own Canva as the team’s presentation tool and improve deck quality and turnaround.
• Build templates specialized to core partner personas and tailor proposals.
