Job summary

Opendoor is seeking an Operations Specialist to own critical workflows across the transaction lifecycle, leveraging AI-assisted intake, data extraction, scheduling, and QC. You will manage vendor relationships, complex negotiations, compliance coordination, and quality sign-off on high-impact work.

We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset who moves fast, figures out how to make AI work for them, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools and technology to improve workflows.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple workstreams to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities for external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution across operational workflows with minimal automation gaps.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to resolve issues and move cases to resolution.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy before downstream use.
• Manage a high volume of open cases against hard deadlines.
• Cross-train across workflows to cover volume variability.
• Identify process gaps and provide feedback to improve tools and workflows.
