Healthmonix, based in Malvern, PA, is hiring a Marketing Director to lead and scale the marketing function during a pivotal growth phase. This hands-on leadership role requires building the strategy, owning execution, and driving pipeline while shaping the brand.

You will own end-to-end marketing strategy and demand generation, lead ABM targeting healthcare executives, manage HubSpot architecture, and produce executive briefs and whitepapers. A lean, high‑performing team will report to you.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, healthcare or health tech preferred.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise required.
• Proven ability to create high-quality written content independently.
• Experience with ABM, paid acquisition (Google/LinkedIn), and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end marketing strategy and execution aligned to aggressive growth goals.
• Demand generation + ABM programs targeting healthcare executives and operators.
• Full ownership of HubSpot architecture, data integrity, and reporting.
• Creation of high-impact content (executive briefs, ROI models, whitepapers).
• Marketing performance tracking tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Management and development of a lean, high-performing team.
