Job summary

centrexIT is seeking a Marketing Director to own and evolve the company’s marketing ecosystem and messaging architecture. You will orchestrate AI-driven marketing talent, partner relationships, and governance across brand, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing.

You will design scalable systems with internal stakeholders, vendors, and platforms to power digital execution, measure performance, and inform go-to-market strategies. Travel for events is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strong experience designing and operating marketing systems powered by AI, automation, and modern tooling.
• Proven, hands on experience with HubSpot (lead generation, CMS, UTMs, forms, attribution, reporting).
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Client Success across the full customer lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand narrative and messaging architecture to ensure clarity and differentiation.
• Govern Marketing Guidelines, voice, tone, visuals, and attribution conventions.
• Maintain accuracy of assets across presentations, proposals, web content, and collateral.
• Lead internal/external communications and publish campaigns, updates, and newsletters.
• Own HubSpot platform for leads, forms, CMS, UTMs, attribution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Productization, Operations and Leadership.
