ReliaQuest is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist in Tampa, FL, to streamline Demand Generation, Events and Experience teams by connecting MarTech systems and reducing silos. You will implement AI-powered workflows, optimize lead flow, and ensure accurate data across MAP, CRM and enrichment tools.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B GTM or business analytics, with a track record of leveraging AI and building automations.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a B2B Go-to-Market or Business Analytics function.
• Proven examples of leveraging AI and building automations that increased efficiencies.
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations; no coding required but understanding of data flow.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize the MarTech ecosystem across platforms (MAP, CRM, data enrichment, event tech, PM tools).
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot API and webhook connections between core MarTech platforms.
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to improve campaign operations and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to support lead scoring, handoffs, and data integrity.
