Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Engineering, focusing on data and AI transformation. You will produce data-driven analytical work, assess trends, design future-state processes, and build supporting materials for senior practitioners to shape transformation recommendations.

You’ll apply AX Design principles as you define how AI agents behave within redesigned steps. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
At least 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization and Gen AI tools for content generation and UI.
At least 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
At least 1 year delivering project work in a consulting environment or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver AI-enabled transformations for Life Sciences manufacturing and quality functions.
Apply AX Design principles for AI integration and human-machine interaction within redesigned processes.
Develop AI-driven scenarios, dashboards, and change-management assessments.
