Job summary

Accenture seeks a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences. You will analyze current processes, design future-state AI-enabled solutions, and deliver data-driven insights across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

You will apply AX Design principles to AI integration and work with clients to scale AI-enabled transformations globally. Travel is required up to 75%, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process excellence or equivalent
• 1 year using AI-assisted analytics and Gen AI tools for content generation
• 1 year delivering AI-enabled process redesign or transformation projects

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and design future-state AI-enabled solutions
• Develop AI-driven transformation playbooks and reference materials
• Apply AX design principles to AI integration in Life Sciences manufacturing
• Collaborate with clients to deploy predictive maintenance, digital twins, and intelligent automation
• Translate business challenges into AI/ML use cases and scale solutions
• Support data strategy, governance, and architecture for AI-enabled supply chains
