Accenture is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences, focusing on Data and AI. You will analyze processes and design AI-enabled future-state operations across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, delivering data-driven insights and scalable outcomes for global clients.

The role blends AI, agent-based thinking, and process redesign, with extensive collaboration and travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• 1+ year using AI-assisted analytics, AI tools for content generation and UI.
• 1+ year integrating AI and automating business process design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client current state by assessing processes, tools and organizational structure to transform to data- and AI-driven future state.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and organizational changes.
• Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review and improve reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to the reference library and ongoing learning in AI and supply chain.
• Apply AX Design principles when specifying AI integration designs.
