Job summary

Accenture seeks a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences, focusing on Data and AI transformation. You will analyze processes, design future-state AI-enabled operations, and partner with pharma, biotech, and medical technology clients globally to deliver value at scale.

You will work at the intersection of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, delivering AI-enabled transformations while advancing AX Design principles in redesigned processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics and Gen AI tools for content generation.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Apply generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scenario planning and autonomous decisions.
• Define and implement AI-enabled supply chain control towers for real-time visibility and disruption management.
• Collaborate with clients to deploy predictive maintenance, digital twins, and intelligent automation in manufacturing and distribution networks.
• Translate business challenges into AI/ML use cases, build proofs-of-concept, and scale solutions enterprise-wide.
• Support data strategy, governance, and architecture to ensure AI-ready supply chain data across ERP/PLM/MES.
• Bring Accenture’s AI ecosystem to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Deliver business case development and value realization frameworks for AI-driven outcomes.
