Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences, focusing on Data and AI transformations. You will analyze current state processes, design future-state AI-enabled solutions, and collaborate with pharma, biotech, and medical device clients to deliver value across supply chains, manufacturing, and quality functions.

Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization and Gen AI tools for content generation as well as low-fi UI.
Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or industry experience in at least one domain (Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, etc).

Responsibilities

Utilize AI tools to create low-code POCs, agents, and artifacts for data-driven transformations.
Design future-state processes with AI integration points and human-machine interaction.
Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
Build data-driven assessments using AI-enabled visualization and analyses.
