Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences, focusing on data and AI transformation. You will apply AI-enabled methods across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to deliver transformations.

You will develop AI-driven insights and design future-state processes while collaborating with clients globally. Travel up to 75% is required, with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to practice development within the Life

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization and Gen AI tools.
Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or domain experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

Produce data-driven analytical work to assess processes and design future-state configurations.
Design future-state processes with AI integration points and human–machine interaction.
Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
Build data-driven frameworks and AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
Develop change-impact assessments using AI-enabled insights.
Apply AX Design principles when specifying AI integration in redesigned steps.
