Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation within the Life Sciences Supply Chain and Engineering practice, with a focus on Data and AI transformation. You will deliver AI-enabled transformations across pharma, biotech, medical technology, and consumer health, working at the intersection of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization and Gen AI tools.
Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
Minimum 1 year of consulting or industry experience in Life Sciences or related domains.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

Analyze client current state by assessing processes, tools, and org structure to transform to a data and AI-driven future.
Design future-state processes with AI integration points and workforce adoption approaches.
Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI visualization tools.
Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis.
Contribute to domain playbooks and maintain current expertise in Life Sciences.
Apply AX Design principles to AI integration designs, defining agent behaviors and handoffs.
