Clera is hiring for an early-stage legal technology role focused on turning legal work into reliable, AI-powered workflows. You will bridge legal needs, customers, and product development, supporting clients from onboarding through ongoing use.

The position requires experience in legal practice or legal tech, plus hands-on AI workflow development, with a startup-friendly, fast-moving approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years combined experience in legal practice, legal tech, or in-house legal functions.
• JD or equivalent legal background.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automated workflows.
• Ability to translate legal needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience in early-stage startups or software customer onboarding is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Map customer commercial needs into tailored legal workflows and lead platform onboarding.
• Review and validate AI-flagged legal issues across client documents and filings.
• Turn customer feedback into product requirements for engineering.
• Improve prompts, modules, and workflows for reliability.
• Build and refine legal workflows using AI tools and command-line interfaces.
