Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in legal operations.

• Intermediate experience using AI to improve processes.
• Experience with procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for existing vendors and manage RFP process and onboarding.
• Support law firm management program including onboarding, bids, invoices, and billing issues.
• Analyze billing practices and support quarter/year-end reporting.
• Create reports and dashboards using data functions and AI tools.
