Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a leader to own and scale the legal operations function. You will partner with an automation team to manage contract life cycle, outside counsel relationships, and the overall legal tech stack.

The role focuses on building a scalable, AI-native legal organization that supports rapid company growth. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in legal operations, deep CLM and e-billing expertise, and a proven ability to drive metrics-based decision making across global teams.

Qualifications

7+ years in legal operations with leadership experience.
Deep expertise in CLM platforms (Ironclad a major plus), e-billing systems, and matter management.
Experience supporting global teams and partnering with outside counsel.
Strong analytical skills to drive business decisions through metrics.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design and improve the operating model for the Legal function.
Manage the legal technology stack including Ironclad CLM, matter management, and e-billing systems.
Oversee relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers.
Collaborate with automation teams to leverage Eleven Agents and related tools.
Define metrics and dashboards to track priorities, workload, and performance.
Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to align processes with company operations.
