Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in legal ops, paralegal, or contract management.
• At least 1–2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements.

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement for standard deals.
• Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks.
• First-pass review and redlining of standard agreements.
• Build structured intake for legal workstreams across the company.
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations.
• Maintain the legal governance record: privacy registers, AI inventory, compliance calendars.
• Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack.
