Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in document automation within a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Proven ability to apply AI, automation, and related technologies to simplify and streamline workflows.
• Familiarity with document management systems and version control.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement complex automated templates for key legal document types, including contracts, pleadings, and client correspondence.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automated solutions tailored to needs.
• Conduct routine audits of automated templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with firm standards.
• Assess current document workflows, identify gaps, and drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain document templates and update to reflect changes in formatting, branding, or firm policy.
• Train and support attorneys and business professionals on document automation tools and best practices.
• Stay current on legal technology and Generative AI developments and translate trends into actionable insights.
