Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant at the Manager level to lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and manage junior team members. You will build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts and apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to deliver actionable insights.

You will advise on learning strategy, operating models, and the integration of AI-enabled learning solutions to improve business performance. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• 2+ years leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• 2+ years of experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and maintaining delivery standards.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a reliable day‑to‑day partner during engagements.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning and workforce challenges into insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a driver of business performance.
• Lead diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps and develop transformation roadmaps.
