Job summary

Accenture’s Learning Performance & Innovation team in Beaverton, OR, seeks a learning strategy consultant to lead client engagements, manage delivery workstreams, and build trusted relationships with client teams. You will use hypothesis-driven analysis to decompose capability challenges and craft actionable insights, tying learning to business outcomes with data-driven narratives.

You will design AI-enabled operating models, define KPI frameworks, and develop executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and ability to apply AI tools to deliverables.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and manage workstreams.
• Build relationships with client delivery counterparts and senior stakeholders.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem solving to learning challenges.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, and technology.
• Define measurement frameworks and learning KPIs to show ROI.
