Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant at the Manager level to lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, manage teams, and build client relationships. You will apply structured problem-solving to decompose complex learning challenges and advise on operating models that align learning with business outcomes.

You will stay at the forefront of AI in learning, contribute to Thought leadership, and support business development through proposals and RFPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning or AI tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and maintaining delivery standards.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts and act as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning and capability challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to reposition L&D as a strategic enabler.
