Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini).
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide/write-ups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients.
• Be ready to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning and capability challenges.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Conduct capability diagnostics and needs assessments; benchmark against best practices.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and technology.
• Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytics to show L&D impact and ROI.
• Shape agentic learning strategies and embed AI-powered enablement tools.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and frameworks for senior audiences.
• Stay ahead on AI-driven learning trends and contribute to Accenture IP and go-to-market.
