Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technology product management, project/program management, digital learning technology or related experience.
• Experience with enterprise HR, Learning or SaaS technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira usage.
• Proven stakeholder management and vendor relationship skills.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, product ownership and strategic direction for learning delivery applications.
• Define roadmaps for learning systems including Docebo and other platforms.
• Manage large, multifaceted technology initiatives with global impact.
• Lead projects through requirements, planning, implementation, testing, deployment and transition to operations.
• Develop and mentor a team of product managers across learning technology initiatives.
• Partner with HR Technology, Implementation Services to deliver end-to-end platforms.
