Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Digital Learning Strategist, Delivery Manager to lead the strategy, delivery and evolution of Citi's learning technology ecosystem. You will guide multi‑functional teams, own Docebo and related platforms, and drive AI-enabled improvements for learners and admins.

The role requires proven leadership, stakeholder management and experience delivering enterprise learning SaaS products in a regulated, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technology product management, project/program management, or related experience.
• Experience with enterprise HR or learning SaaS products.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic technology vendor relationships.
• Experience identifying opportunities for AI/automation and translating to use cases.
• Understanding integrations, APIs, data flows and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, product ownership and strategic direction for learning delivery applications.
• Define product strategies and roadmaps for learning systems, including Docebo and related technologies.
• Manage large, multifaceted initiatives with global impact across learning technology.
• Lead projects through requirements, planning, implementation, testing, deployment and transition to operations.
• Develop team capabilities and assign responsibilities within the product management group.
• Partner with HR Technology and Implementation Services to manage platforms end-to-end.
• Lead AI, automation opportunities across learning technology and delivery processes.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities, mitigate risks and ensure governance.
