TRM Labs is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for the TRM Academy. You will design learning paths, convert the catalog into structured courses, and develop self-paced modules, live sessions, and assessments for regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses.

You will ensure certification programs stay accurate, collaborate with SMEs for content sign‑off, and automate AI-powered workflows while maintaining rigorous verification of sources and regulatory details.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of instructional design or curriculum development for adult learners.
• Experience building on an LMS and writing valid assessments and item banks.
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory content into practical curriculum; familiarity with crypto compliance is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways and convert the Academy catalog into clear paths for self-paced courses, live sessions and assessments.
• Manage certification programs: routing content for SME sign-off, verifying figures and sources, updating courses as regulations evolve.
• Coach SMEs with editorial feedback to produce clear, well-structured courses and trainer toolkits for live delivery.
• Co-own product documentation and training across TRM's platforms, ensuring content aligns with releases and practical workflows.
• Lead multilingual content delivery by supervising localization and SME sign-off for technical material.
