Job summary

fpSOLUTIONS, the learning and professional development division of Fisher Phillips LLP, is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer in the United States. You will design and deliver compliant, data privacy, and workplace safety training using Storyline, Rise, Absorb Create, and Synthesia AI, collaborating with attorneys and SMEs.

You will translate business requirements into practical learning strategies, develop multimedia content, and ensure accessibility and alignment with branding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate learning solutions.
• Hands-on with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise required; Absorb Create as a plus.
• Experience publishing to LMS platforms and managing SCORM/xAPI content.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, scenario-based e-learning for compliance, data privacy, and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with attorneys and SMEs to translate requirements into learning strategies.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend learning interventions.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
• Publish courses in SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats and deploy in LMS.
