Influur is seeking an Outreach Specialist to blend influencer marketing, data, and AI to discover creators, build relationships, and scale outreach efforts. You’ll work at the intersection of creator discovery, influencer outreach, and AI-powered automation to identify talent, improve response rates, and create smarter outreach processes.

This hands-on role fits someone who understands the creator economy, enjoys experimenting with technology, and is always thinking about how to improve.

Formación

• Experience with influencer marketing, creator outreach, or talent sourcing.
• Understanding of creator economy and social platforms.
• Ability to evaluate influencer profiles using engagement and relevance metrics.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and new tools.
• Comfort with tracking outreach activities in spreadsheets.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, able to engage creators professionally across markets.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple conversations.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative-taking.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, research, and connect with influencers who align with client needs and targets.
• Proactively build pipelines of creators for upcoming campaigns.
• Analyze creator profiles using engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content quality.
• Use AI tools to streamline discovery and personalize outreach at scale.
• Monitor outreach metrics and identify opportunities to improve response and conversion rates.
• Manage communications with creators across email, social channels, and messages.
• Collaborate with engineering and other teams to improve AI agents and automation workflows.
• Coordinate with Campaign Management and List Building teams for pipeline alignment.
• Experiment with new outreach strategies and AI-powered approaches to boost efficiency.
