Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee on-time, on-budget Moveworks platform deployments for enterprise customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance and risks, and drive adoption of agentic AI-enabled workflows across customer environments.

You will partner with Sales, partners, and customers to understand engagements, align solutions, and mentor teams to achieve agreed outcomes while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 4+ years leading software implementations (SaaS) with enterprise customers.
• Strong project management skills: scope, budgeting, resources.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Moveworks platform implementations on time and on budget.
• Oversee engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, and reporting.
• Identify, map, build, and launch agentic workflows delivering business value.
• Provide change management best practices for adoption and readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customers to align deliverables.
