Job summary

Kivo Inc. is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to own the technical side of customer implementations in Portland, OR. You will work with Solution Architects on provisioning, initial configuration, and ongoing refinement of configurations.

You will split time between hands-on configuration, collaborating with engineering to build AI tools, and supporting customers during West Coast hours. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical implementation or similar hands-on delivery role.
• Hands-on configuration in system consoles, APIs, or scripting environments.
• Experience executing data and document migrations.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to build workflows.
• Scripting ability in SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication.
• On-site in Portland, OR 2 days per week.
• Customer-focused in a B2B role.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and environment tuning for new and existing deployments.
• Translate requirements into concrete technical configurations and troubleshoot.
• Lead technical delivery as the primary contact during implementations.
• Develop and teach practical AI skills across the team.
• Build reusable AI tooling to support faster implementations.
• Execute data and system migrations for customers.
• Develop tooling to evolve migration capabilities.
• Provide responsive support via email, chat, and tickets; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Escalate complex issues with clear steps to engineering.
• Document issues and resolutions to strengthen the knowledge base.
