Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar hands-on technical delivery role.
• Hands-on configuration in system admin consoles, config files, APIs, or scripting environments.
• Able to execute data and document migrations.
• Has used AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to build workflows, automations, or skills.
• Scripting ability (SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication.
• On-site availability to work in Portland, OR 2 days per week.
• Customer-focused, B2B role aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration: Hands-on technical configuration for initial setup and environment tuning.
• Translate requirements: Turn business needs into concrete technical configurations and troubleshoot directly.
• Lead technical delivery: Primary technical contact during implementation projects.
• Champion AI adoption: Develop and teach AI skills across the implementation team.
• Build AI tooling: Create reusable AI-powered tools to support faster implementations.
• Execute migrations: Data and system migrations for customer transitions.
• Build migration tooling: Evolve migration toolset with process efficiencies and AI tooling.
• Resolve issues: Provide responsive support via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Escalate effectively: Triage and elevate complex issues with clear steps and impact.
• Build knowledge: Document issues/resolutions to strengthen internal knowledge base.
